Welcome to FUOMO. To help you better understand how FUOMO works, the following terms govern the use of the services available through FUOMO and will hereinafter be referred to as the “Terms of Service.”

These Terms of Service apply to any access to, browsing of, or use of the services provided through FUOMO, including any interactions between us and our users.

By accessing and/or using FUOMO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any amendments and related policies, without exception. Your agreement is irrevocable, and you are required to comply with these Terms of Service at all times.

If you do not agree with any part or all of these Terms of Service, you must not access or use FUOMO.

Chapter I - Terms of Use

1. Article 1 Definition

“We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to PT Generasi Pembawa Sukses, the company that owns and operates FUOMO. “FUOMO” refers to the platform and all services provided by Us, including when accessed through https://fuomo.id/. FUOMO is a digital platform designed to support Creators in developing and sharing their interests and content with Supporters, while enabling them to monetize such content through the features available on the platform.

2. Accounts

  • You may need to create an account to access certain FUOMO features.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, password, and all activities under your account.

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating or updating your account.

  • FUOMO may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, platform policies, or applicable laws.

3. Creator Content and Products

  • Creators are fully responsible for the content, products, information, images, descriptions, prices, and other materials uploaded or sold through FUOMO.

  • Products and content must comply with FUOMO's rules, community standards, intellectual property rights, and applicable laws.

  • FUOMO may review, restrict, remove, or disable content or products that are considered to violate applicable policies.

  • Creators must ensure that their products or content do not infringe the rights of third parties.

4. Transactions, FUOMO Coins, and FUOMO Points

  • Transactions on FUOMO may include product purchases, support contributions to Creators, and other activities available on the platform.

  • FUOMO Coins may be used as a transaction unit within the platform.

  • Conversion rates, service fees, payment terms, and certain limitations may apply in accordance with FUOMO policies.

  • FUOMO Points are part of a reward program and may be subject to terms, limitations, expiration periods, or changes.

  • FUOMO may update the terms related to Coins and Points from time to time.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use FUOMO to:

  • Conduct illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activities.

  • Upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other third-party rights.

  • Misuse the system, bypass security, scrape data without permission, or disrupt the service.

  • Distribute spam, malware, harmful content, hate speech, harassment, or materials that violate community standards.

  • Engage in actions that may harm FUOMO's reputation, security, or operations.

6. Privacy

The collection, use, storage, protection, and sharing of your personal data are governed by FUOMO's Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to These Terms

FUOMO may change or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect service developments, operational needs, or applicable legal requirements.
